Constance Porcelain Doll
All porcelain and seated at a height of 63 cm, Constance is exquisitely dressed in a romantic 19th century ball gown of pure silk in shades of pale pink and cream, paper taffeta and organizer. Constance's ball gown is a perfect refection of this gentle era, delectable hand made silk roses highlight the skirt and sweetheart neck line. Auburn lincoln wool fleece has been curled and styled, to create her wig and is dressed with silk roses, pearls and a tulle, no lady would be complete with out her jewelry, "Constance" wears a three strand choker studded with roses and tear drop pearls, complimented with her matching ear rings. This contemporary art doll has been sculpted with great care and attention to detail, evident in her full sculpted body and gentle finger gestures which have been accentuated with delicate hand carved finger nails. Catherine sculpts and hand crafts each doll personally, including all aspects of the costume.
